How Clínica Belenus paired a spend-tier countdown with sale stickers for its Cyber sale

The Chilean laser clinic chain ran one sale across two Tech Arms apps: a countdown bar with spend tiers and stickers on promoted treatments.

About the store

Clínica Belenus is a Chilean chain of laser hair-removal clinics founded in 2006. It runs 31 clinics of its own, from Arica in the far north to Punta Arenas in the far south.

The clinic says it has treated about 450,000 patients. Its online store sells treatment packages by body area, which patients then book and use at a clinic.

The store lists 109 treatment packages and gift cards, priced in Chilean pesos.

The challenge

A treatment package is a planned purchase. Patients compare areas and session counts, and many wait for a sale before they commit.

During a national sale event, a clinic competes with every other store running discounts at the same time. Its offer needs a clear end time and a clear reason to buy more than one package.

On a catalogue of 100 or more packages, shoppers also need to see at a glance which items are part of the sale.

Use case 01: A countdown bar with three spend tiers

The top bar combines a live timer with three discount tiers based on order value.
The top bar combines a live timer with three discount tiers based on order value.

In October 2026, a bar at the top of every page carried the clinic’s Cyber sale. It showed a live countdown timer, a VER OFERTAS (see offers) button and three spend tiers:

  • 5% off orders over $100,000 CLP
  • 10% off orders over $200,000 CLP
  • 15% off orders over $300,000 CLP

The timer gives the sale a visible end. The tiers give a reason to add a second or third area to the order. Each step up raises the discount on the whole order.

In TA Banner Slider, Sales Pop up, this is a countdown banner with a start and end date. The same bar appeared on the homepage, the promotions collection and product pages.

Use case 02: Sale stickers on every promoted treatment

A sticker on each product photo marks the treatments included in the sale.
A sticker on each product photo marks the treatments included in the sale.

On the promotions collection, 12 of the first 13 cards carried a sale sticker reading “Cyber Monday” at the bottom-left of the product photo. The sticker matched the event named in the top bar.

On a product page such as Full Brazilian, the photo showed the same sticker plus a “-58%” discount label at the top-right. The shopper saw the sale and its size before reading the price block.

In TA AI Product Labels & Badges, these are image and discount labels applied to the sale products. The store keeps 19 labels in the app, including sets for earlier campaigns such as Black Friday 2025.

How the two apps work together

The bar and the stickers answer different questions for the same sale. The bar says when the sale ends and how to save more, and the stickers say which treatments are included.

The clinic has run the two apps together on earlier campaigns too. The Banner app settings list 40 past popups and 5 sales popups, and the Labels app holds sets for earlier sale events.

The setup for a time-limited sale across a countdown bar and labels is in Run a flash sale or BFCM campaign that actually feels urgent. For spend tiers that raise order value, see Encourage bigger orders with a free shipping goal.
